How to Get Bella Hadid’s Slick Center Part

by Danielle Charlais

In a world where the Hadid tribe epitomizes sexy chic, it’s no surprise that younger sister Bella looked stunning at the launch of Samsung’s fall lookbook on Thursday. A sleek low ponytail parted down the middle is the perfect accessory whether you’re on the red carpet or going out, and Hadid’s chic ’do is proof.

Hairstyle Cecilia Romero gave the details of how she gave the model this simple yet stunning look. She started by defining Hadid’s part, and blew the model’s hair dry at the roots. She then used a bit of René Furterer’s Vegetal Mousse ($27) to keep the hair in place, and a tad of René Furterer Vegetal Styling Finishing Spray ($28) to add more hold. After that, she brushed Hadid’s hair into a low ponytail and wrapped a few strands of hair to hide the elastic. “I always make sure to spray those strands as I wrap it around, so it doesn’t unravel,” she shares (file under "pro tip to remember"). Lastly, she flat-ironed the ponytail, adding a hair gloss throughout to add shine. A chic alternative to model-off-duty hair, no?
